RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At STAKK, we are committed to delivering high-quality products.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and do not provide refunds once an order is placed.

However, we do provide free replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • An item is missing from your order

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

support@stakkcase.in

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  • Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging for verification purposes.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect phone model selected by the customer
  • Minor colour or design variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Please ensure that you select the correct phone model and product before placing your order.

STAKK does not offer exchanges.
